Manage Targets

Slack

ZeroThreat supports integration with Slack to keep your team updated with real-time scan notifications. With Slack integration enabled, you’ll receive alerts directly in your configured Slack channel when a scan starts and when it completes, helping teams act faster and stay aligned on application security changes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • Your target must be verified in ZeroThreat.
  • You should have a valid Slack account and be part of a Slack workspace (or create one if needed).
  • You’re on the Professional Plan in ZeroThreat or any plan that includes Notification Integration features (Your target must be associated with the plan to enable notification integrations).

Step 1: Create a Slack App

  1. Login to your slack account and go to https://api.slack.com/apps and click “Create New App.”
  2. Choose how to create your app: From scratch (for full control) or From a manifest (useful if you have a predefined config). In our example we will choose From scratch.

Once integrated, you’ll start receiving Slack messages in the selected channel whenever a scan starts or completes. These alerts help teams quickly respond to scan results and coordinate faster around detected vulnerabilities.
